Can I Make Changes to My Star?

Yes! If you made a mistake or changed your mind, no worries. Here's what you can update and how to do it.

What You Can Edit/Change Yourself

You can make the following changes on your own:

• Name of the star
• Date on the certificate
• Certificate design
• Personal message

Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on ‘TRACK ORDER’ in the top navigation bar.
2. Enter your order number and email address used during purchase.
3. Click the EDIT INFORMATION button at the bottom of the page.
4. Make your changes and save them.

These updates will instantly reflect on your digital certificate and documents.

Note for Physical Orders:
If your order status is Confirmed & Preparing Shortly or Paused - Ongoing Adjustments, your updated certificate will be printed and shipped.
If your order status is Preparing Your Gift Package or Shipped, changes will only apply to your digital package and won’t appear on any certificates already shipped. To receive updated printed documents, please email us at [e-mail].
