Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Once an order is placed, the delivery address is locked in our system and cannot be changed from your end.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us immediately at [e-mail]. If we have not yet generated a shipment label for your package, our support team can update the address for you.

Please note: If the shipment has already been created, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes, and the package will be sent to the original address you provided.
