Where Can I Find My Digital Files?

To access your certificate, star map, confirmation letter, brochures, and star atlas, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on ‘TRACK ORDER’ in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Enter your order number and email address.

(Make sure the email matches the one used during purchase.)

Step 3: Click on the files you’d like to download.

You’ll see options such as:

• Certificate (A4 & Letter Size)
• Star Map (A4 & Letter Size)
• Confirmation Letter
• Sky Atlas Poster
• Find Your Star Manual
• Binary Star Brochure (if binary star purchased)
